The manufacture method of the non-flip visible protective jacket includes following steps: step 1, using a cold pressing technology to manufacture liquid TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) material into a sheet, transparent and ultrathin TPU sheet with an electric conduction function; step 2, using a spraying technology to perform spraying treatment on the TPU sheet; step 3, using a high accuracy laser carving technology to remove a part of a color layer of the TPU sheet through laser; step 4, using a vacuum technology to apply gum onto the TPU sheet after being processed through the laser; step 5, hot pressing the TPU sheet with the gum, the surface cover middle layer and the surface cover lining together so as to form a whole surface cover; step 6, connecting the whole surface cover and the bottom housing together so as to form the non-flip visible protective jacket.
