The method includes the following steps: controlling an output switch in the electrical-power conversion system to switch off and controlling a converter of the electrical-power conversion system to output a preset voltage; obtaining a current instantaneous value which is monitored by a current sensor of the electrical-power conversion system in a real-time manner; when the output switch of the electrical-power conversion system is switched off, the current monitored by the current sensor being the capacitive current of the filter; and based on the current instantaneous value monitored by the current sensor of the electrical-power conversion system in a real-time manner, determining whether the capacitance value of the filter is normal.
