The whole device is connected between the machine tool workbench and the main shaft; different force loads can be applied between the workbench and the main shaft by using a loading adjusting device in the detection rod; the force sensor and the displacement sensor in the detection rod are used for detecting the force between the main shaft and the workbench and the distance change caused by the force respectively. The static rigidity of the working space of a machine tool is calculated by recording force and displacement data changes of the detection rod during circular movement of the machine tool under different static load conditions.
