The preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) (PNIPAM) and gamma-polyglutamic acid (gamma-PGA) in distilled water, dissolving by stirring at a room temperature for 1-3 hours, standing overnight at 4 DEG C, and removing bubbles, thus obtaining a uniform aqueous solution; and carrying out water bath at 37 DEG C for 1-8 minutes until the system turns to a milk white gel from a colorless and transparent solution without being dehydrated, wherein the feeding molar ratio of PNIPAM to gamma-PGA ranges from 9: 2 to 7: 6, and the total concentration of the solution is 20%(w/v).
