When the biological macromolecular coating anti-staling agent for the litchi is used for fresh-keeping treatment for the litchi, the low-temperature fresh-keeping period can reach 40 to 60 days, the flavor of pulp is good, the skin color is good, and the shelf life is long and can reach 2 to 4 days; and the fresh-keeping period at the normal temperature can reach 6 to 8 days. Preparation method of temperature sensitive hydrogels

The invention provides a preparation method of temperature sensitive hydrogels. The preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) (PNIPAM) and gamma-polyglutamic acid (gamma-PGA) in distilled water, dissolving by stirring at a room temperature for 1-3 hours, standing overnight at 4 DEG C, and removing bubbles, thus obtaining a uniform aqueous solution; and carrying out water bath at 37 DEG C for 1-8 minutes until the system turns to a milk white gel from a colorless and transparent solution without being dehydrated, wherein the feeding molar ratio of PNIPAM to gamma-PGA ranges from 9: 2 to 7: 6, and the total concentration of the solution is 20%(w/v). The hydrogels prepared by use of the preparation method have temperature sensitivity and also has excellent water absorptivity and water retentivity; the preparation method is simple and time-saving; the preparation method is high in gel forming speed and can be used for preparing temperature sensitive hydrogels different in water absorbency and lower critical solution temperature (LCST) by controlling the feed ratio of PNIPAM to gamma-PGA, and thus is wide in application range. The temperature sensitive hydrogels prepared by use of the preparation method can be applied to drug carriers, wound dressings and the like due to excellent biocompatibility and drug carrying property.

Method for extracting gamma-polyglutamic acid by inorganic salt/organic solvent coprecipitation effect

The invention discloses a method for extracting gamma-polyglutamic acid. The scheme of the method comprises the following steps: filtering out thallus by pumping fermentation liquor; adding organic solvent into fermentation supernate, adding sodium chloride, potassium chloride or ammonium sulfate, and putting for one night to obtain precipitate which is a gamma-polyglutamic acid coarse product; dissolving the gamma-polyglutamic acid coarse product into distilled water, filtering out undissolved micromolecule substance in a centrifuging way, adding sodium chloride, potassium chloride or ammonium sulfate and organic solvent into the supernate, stirring to obtain a gamma-polyglutamic acid precipitate, dissolving the gamma-polyglutamic acid precipitate into the distilled water according to 1: (5-10) (m : v), and filtering out impurity by an ultrafiltration membrane; and performing the freeze drying to ultrafiltration peritoneal effluent so as to obtain white gamma-polyglutamic acid powder. After the method is used, the product extraction yield can be effectively improved, the usage amount of the organic solvent can be reduced, the production cost can be lowered, the environment problem caused by a large number of organic solvent during extracting can be avoided, and the environment pollution can be reduced.

Method for treating acidic fluorine-containing waste water

The invention relates to a method for treating acidic fluorine-containing waste water. The method comprises the following steps sequentially: (1) adding calcium-containing substance into the fluorine-containing waste water to be treated and adjusting the pH value of the waste water to be about 4.0 to 9.0; and (2) adding water-soluble gamma-polyglutamic acid serving as a biologic capturing agent into the mixture, fully stirring and standing the mixture, separating the supernatant and collecting the precipitated sludge after the mixture is precipitated and demixed, wherein the calcium-containing substance at least comprises one of calcium hydroxide, calcium oxide or calcium salt. The method overcomes the technical disadvantages in the prior art; the high molecular water-soluble gamma-polyglutamic acid with a molecular weight between 500,000 and 1,500,000 is used in the treatment of the acidic fluorine-containing waste water; and repeated experiments show that the fluorine removing effect is excellent and the treated waste water can meet the national first-class discharge standard; moreover, the method has the advantages of low treatment cost, high efficiency for the treatment process, environment friendliness and no secondary pollution.
