A leg boot of the inclined telescoping leg mechanism is connected to the front end of the inner arm of a telescoping leg in a sliding chute way, the outer arm of the telescoping leg is connected to the inner arm of the telescoping leg in a sliding sleeving way, a main hydraulic cylinder is hinged to the outer arm of the telescoping leg, and a piston rod is hinged to the inner arm of the telescoping leg. A guide groove displacement hydraulic cylinder of the direction limiting guide mechanism is hinged to a swinging seat of a heading machine walking rack, one end of the direction limiting guide trough plate is hinged to the walking rack, the other end of the direction limiting guide trough plate is hinged to a piston rod of the guide groove displacement hydraulic cylinder, and one end of a guiding wheel shaft is hinged to the inner arm of the telescoping leg.
