Abstract

The invention provides a channel detection method of an LTE system during unlicensed frequency band operation, a channel detection system of the LTE system during unlicensed frequency band operation, a base station and a terminal. The method comprises the following steps: continuously performing channel detection according to the frame structure-based fixed cycle; setting load-based extra channel detection time when a data service reaches; and determining whether to transmit the data service according to a first detection result obtained by performing channel detection according to the fixed cycle and/or a second detection result obtained by performing channel detection according to the extra channel detection time. According to the technical scheme disclosed by the invention, the channel detection is simultaneously performed by virtue of the LBT mechanism for performing channel detection according to the frame structure-based fixed cycle and the load-based LBT mechanism for performing channel detection when the data service reaches, the channel occupancy can be further increased, and the time delay is reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to the field of communication technology, in particular to a channel detection method when an LTE system works in an unlicensed frequency band, a channel detection system when the LTE system works in an unlicensed frequency band, a base station and a terminal. Background technique [0002] With the rapid increase of communication traffic, the authorized spectrum of 3GPP is increasingly insufficient to provide higher network capacity. In order to further improve the utilization of spectrum resources, 3GPP is discussing how to use unlicensed spectrum, such as 2.4GHz and 5GHz frequency bands, with the help of licensed spectrum. These unlicensed spectrums are currently mainly used by Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, radar, medical and other systems. [0003] Usually, access technologies designed for licensed frequency bands, such as LTE (Long Term Evolution, long-term evolution) are not suitable for use in unlicensed frequency bands, becaus...
