Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a wadding suitable for being used after nasal endoscopic surgery. The wadding has the main function of relieving pain caused by nose endoscopic operation. The preparation method is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1), extracting a volatile oil from carex baccans, sargassum thunbergii, sarcococca ruscifolia and chaenomeles cathayensis coarse powder, preserving the herb residue for standby application; (2), grinding lycopodium, snail shell and eucheuma muricatum into fine powder for standby application; (3), uniformly mixing elaeagnus conferta, radix ranunculi ternati, asparagus setaceus and cicer arietinum with herb residue in step (1), adding water of 3 times usual dosage, adding water to decoct for 2 times, each time for 0.5 h, combining decoction solutions, leaving to stand, filtering, taking the filtrate, condensing, spray drying, and obtaining a primary material; (4), spraying the volatile oil into the primary material, adding the fine powder obtained in the step (2), uniformly mixing, screening with a 60-mesh sieve, sterilizing and packaging.
