A low-noise long-life turning internal gear pump comprises a driving shaft, an oil inlet pump body, an intermediate pump body and an oil draining pump body, wherein an oil draining port in the oil draining pump body is formed in the right side surface of the oil draining pump body; an oil distributing disc is detachably arranged on the right side surface of the oil draining pump body; four oil outlet tanks are formed in the left side surface of the oil distributing disc; an oil outlet passage is further formed inside the oil distributing disc; the four oil outlet tanks are mutually communicated and then are communicated with the oil outlet passage; one of the four oil outlet tanks is communicated with the oil draining passage, and sealing rings are arranged on the other three oil outlet tanks. Due to adoption of the technical scheme, through additional arrangement of the oil distributing disc, an oil passage has the advantage: a simple unidirectional outlet becomes arbitrary outlets in four directions.
