The invention provides a method and a system for realizing bidirectional data exchange by clinking between intelligent cups. The method comprises the following steps: a server is used for synchronizing times of the two intelligent cups; the two intelligent cups are both used for detecting self speeds by virtue of motion sensors in real time and sending speed data to the server by virtue of wireless communication modules; the server detects the speed data, and if the speeds of the two intelligent cups both raise firstly and then descend to 0 at the same time point, the server sends communication addresses of the two intelligent cups to opposite sides respectively; and the two intelligent cups establish bidirectional data communication according to the communication addresses of the two parties.
