Abstract

Disclosed are a congestion control method, apparatus and device, which belong to the technical field of communications. The method comprises: when it is detected that congestion occurs in a switching device, acquiring a first packet from a receiving cache of the switching device; when a source MAC address of the first packet is a MAC address of a gateway device, acquiring a source IP address of the first packet; when the source IP address is not an IP address of the gateway device, generating a first congestion control message according to the source IP address of the first packet, wherein the first congestion control message comprises the MAC address of the gateway device, a MAC address of the switching device and the source IP address of the first packet; and sending the first congestion control message to the gateway device.
