The enamel coating base material is composed of the following components in parts by mass: 50-52 parts of SiO2, 0-1.0 part of Al2O3, 3-8 parts of ZrO2, 2-5 parts of TiO2, 10-12 parts of B2O3, 2-3 parts of Li2O, 14-16 parts of Na2O, 2-4 parts of CaF2, 1-3 parts of Na2SiF6, 1-1.5 parts of CoO, 0.2-0.4 part of NiO and 0.3-0.5 part of MnO. The grinding additive is composed the following components in parts by mass: 100 parts of glaze, 15-25 parts of quartz sand, 5-10 parts of zirconium oxide fiber, 0.5-1 part of magnesium carbonate, 0.3-0.5 part of sodium borate pentahydrate, 0.3-0.5 part of sodium aluminate and 0.2-0.4 part of sodium nitrate.
