The positive electrode of the power supply is connected with the first end of the coil via a first diode and is connected with the second end of the coil via a first resistor, a second resistor, a first capacitor and a second diode. The cathode of the first diode is connected with the negative electrode of the power supply via a second capacitor and a third resistor. The emission electrode of the transistor is connected with the positive electrode of the power supply, the collection electrode is connected with the node of the second capacitor and the third resistor, and the base electrode is connected with the node of the first resistor and the second resistor.
