Abstract

The invention discloses water treating equipment and a full-automatic on-line descaling and sterilizing device thereof. The full-automatic on-line descaling and sterilizing device comprises a built-in sterilizing and scale sucking electrode group, a reaction groove and a descaling and sterilizing device, wherein the cathode of the sterilizing and scale sucking electrode group is in the cylinder state and arranged in the reaction groove in a rotating manner, and the anode is in the arc-shaped plate state and fixed under the cathode; the descaling and sterilizing device comprises an electric sliding table and an elastic scraper, the electric sliding table is fixed on the outer side wall of the reaction groove, the scraper is arranged on a scraper frame and can be driven by a scraper propelling motor to move in the direction perpendicular to the axis of the cathode, and the scraper frame can be driven by a screw rod nut mechanism to move in the direction parallel with the axis of the cathode. According to the water treating equipment and the full-automatic on-line descaling and sterilizing device which are disclosed by the invention, water is treated by utilizing electrochemistry, scale on the cathode is removed by adopting the scraper in a full-automatic manner, chemical agents are not added, the full-automatic on-line descaling and sterilizing device is low in cost, high in efficiency and free from environmental pollution and can prolong the service life of the water treating equipment. The full-automatic on-line descaling and sterilizing device is a cleaning technology with a broad popularization and application prospect in the water treating field.
