Abstract

The invention provides a magnetic levitation high-speed motorized spindle which has better sealing effect and can reduce overheating and wearing of a high speed bearing of the high-speed motorized spindle. The technical method of the invention is: the motorized spindle is provided therein a sleeve which separates a stator and a rotor and tightly attaches to an inner circle of the stator, and the two ends of the sleeve are respectively connected to the end covers which are at the two ends of the motorized spindle such that the stator winding of the motorized spindle is positioned inside an enclosed cavity. In this way, even the foreign articles or humid air enters the motorized spindle along a rotary shaft, no stator winding will be affected by the humidity. According to the invention, based on the theory that like magnetic poles repel each other, the rotary shaft at a non-shaft extending end of the rotor is provided with a RbFeB permanent magnet, and correspondingly another RbFeB permanent magnet assembly is secured to the cover of the motorized spindle. The repelling force between the permanent magnets supports part of the weight of the rotator so that the permanent magnets can auxiliary support in an axial direction for the rotator, and thus the high-speed bearing bears a reasonable axial loading.
