Abstract

The invention discloses an automatic test system which comprises a test platform; a clamping device arranged on the test platform and used for clamping tested pipes; a detection device arranged on the test platform and used for measuring the tested pipes clamped on the clamping device; and a control device in control connection with the clamping device and the detection device. The control device determines a clamping scheme of the clamping device and adjusts the clamping device according to nodes of the tested pipes to enable the clamping device to clamp the tested pipes, and then, controls the detection device to measure the tested pipe clamped on the clamping device, and judges whether the tested pipe accords with the product requirements according to the measurement result. The invention also discloses an automatic test method adopted in the automatic test system. The beneficial effect of the automatic test system and method are that the pipes in complex space shape structures can be detected accurately, clamping requirements of different pipes can be met, and detection application range is wider.
