The deodorizing method includes: deodorizing stink generated by municipal household refuse in a refuse discharging area, a refuse storing pit, a primary refuse smashing area, a refuse screening area, a refuse winnowing area and a secondary smashing area by which the municipal household refuse passes. By the deodorizing method and the deodorizing device, deodorizing is realized more thoroughly, and influence, on the surrounding environment, of stink is reduced and even eliminated.
