Method for controlling different forms of heavy metal in urban life compost by modified nano carbon

The invention discloses a method for controlling different forms of heavy metal in urban life compost by adopting modified nano carbon. Before application of nano carbon with diameters ranging from 20 nm to 70 nm, the nano carbon is modified, so that various kinds of modified nano carbon are obtained respectively; then, a layer of cotton cloth and a nylon net are sealed at the lower end of each PVC (polyvinyl chloride) tube, garbage compost and various kinds of modified nano carbon are proportionally and uniformly mixed, and each tube is filled with 150 g of mixed materials; the temperature during an experiment ranges from 19 to 27 DEG C, the relative humidity is 60%-72%, the compost is supplemented with water every day, so that the moisture of the compost is about 70% of the field capacity; sampling is performed after 45 days of cultivation, and form analysis of heavy metal is performed; and the adding amount of various kinds of modified nano carbon is 1%-5% (w/w) of the weight of the garbage compost. The experiment result shows that the content of the residual form heavy metal is added with addition of the modified nano carbon, conversion of the heavy metal in the compost from an easily absorbing state to a difficultly absorbing state is promoted, and a basis is provided for application of the modified nano carbon in passivation of the heavy metal in the garbage compost.

Anaerobic multi-stage aerobic-anoxic dephosphorization and denitrification process

The invention relates to multistage anaerobic, aerobic and anoxic dephosphorization and denitrogenation technology, which is mostly suitable for treating urban domestic sewage. The sewage is divided into two parts, namely approximately 30 percent of the sewage is mixed with return sludge and enters into an anaerobic tank, and most of the sewage exceeds the anaerobic tank and directly enters into an anoxic tank for denitrogenation in a multipoint mode; after denitrogenation is completed, the mixed solution is mixed with a small part of the sewage and enters into a secondary settling tank for sludge-water separation; and denitrogenation reaction is continuously completed during sludge-water separation; and the return sludge and nitrite nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen of discharged water are reduced, and residual sludge is discharged regularly. The multistage anaerobic, aerobic and anoxic dephosphorization and denitrogenation technology has high phosphor and nitrogen removal rate, reduces the capacity of a structure, saves investment, fully utilizes carbon sources and simultaneously reduces direct oxygen consumption because the sewage does not directly enter into an aerobic tank and then the carbon sources in the sewage do not directly contact oxygen, and improves the catch rate of air bubbles and obviously saves the aeration cost due to ultrahigh sludge concentration in the aerobic tank under the condition of blast aeration.

Method for improving activity of protective enzyme of festuca arundinacea under drought conditions

The invention relates to a method for improving activity of antioxidant enzyme of festuca arundinacea by using fine domestic garbage compost under drought conditions. In the method, a plastic pot with diameter of 7cm and height of 10cm is used through a pot experiment; and the method comprises the steps of: putting 150g of soil into each pot; sowing 0.5g of lawn plants in each pot; uniformly spreading 3g of municipal domestic garbage fine compost with particle sizes of 1,200nm, 600nm and 300nm on the surface of the soil; uniformly covering 20g of soil on the surface of the soil; controlling the temperature to be between 20 and 26 DEG C, wherein the relative humidity is between 40 and 60 percent, and illumination is natural light transmitting indoors; fully watering the plants in the initial stage of sowing, and watering by weighing every day to every two days according to 55 to 65 percent of water-holding capacity in fields after two weeks so as to maintain the capacity within a stress range; and measuring all the indexes on the 44th day. A result shows that the fine compost protects the festuca arundinacea plant from being damaged by active oxygen radicals, and reduces adverse environmental stresses to the plant caused by drought stresses.

The invention relates to a method for treating urban domestic sludge by earthworms, which comprises the following steps: (1) selecting earthworm variety, namely selecting one or two of Eisenia foetida and micro double-chest earthworms, and mixing according to the weight ratio of 1 to 1 for standby; (2) domesticating the earthworms, namely, under room temperature, feeding earthworms according to 0.4 to 0.5 kilogram feed per kilogram of earthworm each day in the first month, wherein the feed is a mixture of dehydrated sludge and wheat straw which are mixed evenly according to the weight ratio of between 15 to 1 and 20 to 1; and then adding the dehydrated sludge accounting for 1 to 2 percent of the total weight of the feed into the feed month by month from the second month, till feeding the earthworms totally by the dehydrated sludge; and (3) feeding the earthworms by the dehydrated sludge, under the conditions that temperature is between 10 and 28 DEG C and humidity is 70 to 80 percent, feeding the domesticated earthworms based on 0.4 to 0.5 kilogram of the dehydrated sludge per kilogram of the domesticated earthworms per day, wherein the feeding amount for once is the amount for seven days; and feeding the earthworms again when the fed sludge becomes muckworm totally. The method can shorten treatment time, reduce loss of nitrogen, and obtain high-quality organic fertilizer and efficient adsorbent, namely the muckworm.

Compared with the prior art, the anaerobic absorption, dephosphorization and denitrogenation technology has the advantages that: firstly, the anaerobic absorption, dephosphorization and denitrogenation technology fully utilizes available carbon sources in the wastewater to preferably provide carbon source nutrition for phosphorus-accumulating bacteria, accelerates growth of the phosphorus-accumulating bacteria, promotes the proportion of the phosphorus-accumulating bacteria in activated sludge, and further improves the dephosphorization efficiency; secondly, the anaerobic absorption, dephosphorization and denitrogenation technology greatly improves the anaerobic sludge concentration, the aerobic sludge concentration and the anoxic sludge concentration, obviously improves the overall dephosphorization and denitrogenation efficiency, and simultaneously reduces the capacity of a structure and saves the investment; and thirdly, the anaerobic absorption, dephosphorization and denitrogenation technology obviously saves the aeration cost under the condition of blast aeration.
