The piezoelectric cantilever beam comprises a substrate. The clamping end of the substrate is engaged with the tail end of a rotating shaft of the stepper motor. The stepper motor is connected with the controller. The controller is used for determining the target engaged position of the tail end of the rotating shaft of the stepper motor with the clamping end and then sending the target engagement position to the stepper motor, according to the preset corresponding relation between the resonant frequency of the piezoelectric cantilever beam and the length of the piezoelectric cantilever beam, and the vibration information reported by the acceleration sensor. The stepper motor is used for adjusting the rotation angle of the rotating shaft of the stepper motor according to the target engagement position.
