The transmission rod is connected with a connecting column which extends out of the sleeve and is provided with an inner square head. A through hole is formed in the portion, at the other end of the cavity head, in the sleeve and is an indication hole. An indicator rod is inserted into the indication hole of the sleeve and connected with the cavity head. A locating key groove is formed in the outer wall of the cavity head. A locking screw is inserted into a locating hole formed in the sleeve. The lower end of the locking screw abuts against the locating key groove. By the adoption of the technical scheme, opening and closing of a valve can be judged fast and easily, time for a site operator to judge the opening and closing state of the valve is shortened, under the emergency circumstances, risks and hidden danger are reduced, and construction safety is further guaranteed.
