A rotatable stepping crank is arranged on the double-fork support. A folding leaf spring is hinged to the double-fork support and comprises an upper metal sheet and a lower metal sheet, wherein the tail end of the upper metal sheet and the tail end of the lower metal sheet are connected. The two sides of the lower metal sheet are provided with two brake insertion rods pointing to the tooth space respectively. A curved plate is arranged at the upper portion of the upper metal sheet in an extending manner.
