Abstract

The testing instrument comprises a mounting base, wherein a measuring component and a light source component are mounted on the mounting base; the light source component is capable of providing a testing light beam; the measuring component comprises a mounting plate, a first light intensity receiver, a first light intensity measuring meter, a functional film supporting frame, a second light intensity receiver and a second light intensity measuring meter; the first light intensity receiver is moveably mounted on the mounting plate and is electrically connected with the first light intensity measuring meter; the functional film supporting frame is moveably mounted on the mounting plate and is located on the front side of the first light intensity receiver; the second light intensity receiver is mounted on the mounting plate, is electrically connected with the second light intensity measuring meter and is located on the front side of the functional film supporting frame. The testing instrument is simple and reasonable in structure and is capable of quantitatively testing the permeability of the to-be-tested functional film; the result is accurate; and the testing method is simple and easy in operation.
