The sleeve comprises a sleeve body, wherein an upper inner cylinder and a lower inner cylinder are arranged in the sleeve body and communicated with each other; the sleeve is characterized in that the upper and lower inner cylinders are arranged eccentrically, and reinforcing steel bar limiting stop blocks are arranged at ends of inner sides of the upper and lower inner cylinders; and barbs are arranged on inner surfaces of the upper and lower inner cylinders respectively.
