A specific implementation manner of the method comprises the following steps: responding to a received video access request, and obtaining video attribute information of a video to be accessed, wherein the video attribute information at least comprises a video keyword of the video to be accessed; sending an advertisement acquisition request to an advertisement system, wherein the advertisement acquisition request comprises a video ID and the video attribute information of the video to be accessed; receiving an advertisement to be played returned by the advertisement system, wherein the advertisement to be played is an advertisement matched with the video to be accessed and determined by the advertisement system in preset selectable advertisements based on various video keywords in the video attribute information; and sending the advertisement matched with the video to be accessed to a play page of the video to be accessed based on the video ID for play.
