An inlet of each one-way valve A and an outlet of the corresponding one-way valve B are connected with two ports of a three-way valve D. The other port of each three-way valve D is connected with the corresponding oil filling pipe. Two ports of each three-way valve C are connected with an outlet of the corresponding one-way valve A and the oil inlet of the corresponding oil cylinder respectively. The other port of each three-way valve C is connected with an inlet of the corresponding one-way valve B through an overflowing valve E. Under the circumstance that large springs in the oil cylinders are not used, pressure generated by residual pressure in the oil return process is fully used, and separation between the oil cylinders and the crankshaft cannot be caused; oil return pressure set by a feedback device increases along with increasing of the rotation speed of the motor, and therefore the rotation speed of the motor is increased.
