Embodiment Construction

[0072] The present invention is described in further detail below in conjunction with accompanying drawing:

[0073] Take ".cn", ".com" and ".net" as examples:

[0074] 1. Root zone data cache initialization:

[0075] The root zone file analyzer obtains the SOA information and summary information of the current root zone file, and assigns values to the root zone data cache. For example, the queried root zone SOA records are as follows:

[0076] type=SOA, class=IN, dlen=64

[0077] ttl=7156(1hour59mins16secs)

[0078] primarynameserver=a.root-servers.net

[0079] responsiblemailaddr=nstld.verisign-grs.com

[0080] serial=2015091301

[0081] refresh=1800(30mins)

[0082] retry=900(15mins)

[0083] expire=604800(7days)

[0084] defaultTTL=86400(1day)

[0085] Download the root zone file, remove the SOA record and its RRSIG record, perform MD5 calculation, and obtain the digest value D5-55-2E-81-33-B9-51-F0-2B-80-5D-D5-FC-8B-91- E3

Abstract

The invention discloses a method and a system for optimizing DNS (Domain Name Server) root service access. The system comprises a recursive resolver, a root zone data register and a root zone file analyzer, wherein the recursive resolver is responsible for analyzing and querying DNS data. The method comprises the following steps of firstly checking whether the set cache of the recursive resolver is provided with a corresponding resource record RR, if yes, feeding a query result back, otherwise checking in the data cache of the root zone data register, and feeding the query result back if a result is found, otherwise querying in a root name serverand feeding back, carrying out DNSSEC (Domain Name System Security Extensions) verification on the query result of a DNSSEC query, and storing relevant data to the root zone data register after verification is passed; and the root zone file analyzer is responsible for analyzing whether a root zone file is updated, if yes, informing the root zone data register to clear the cached data. The method and the system can solve a problem of too long access time of the root server and cannot destroy the existing root name resolution mechanism potentially.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method and system for optimizing DNS root service access, belonging to the field of network technology. Background technique [0002] With the continuous development of the Internet and the gradual promotion of new top-level domain names, it is necessary to further improve the quality of root services, such as strengthening the fast query response of root services and reducing the time required to access DNS root data. The DNS recursive resolver comes with some caching mechanisms, but this mechanism cannot meet the growing demand for reducing the time to access DNS root data because the root zone data is not optimized. [0003] Such as figure 1 As shown, the cache of the existing recursive resolver is a general cache, targeting all levels of domain names and various zone files. At present, existing resolution technologies do not specifically cache the root zone data, but use common caching mechanisms, which is not conducive...
