Grid-shaped reinforcing ribs are fixed to the bottom face of the upper side flat board mold or the bottom face of the lower side flat board mold. The upper side flat board mold, the lower side flat board mold and the corresponding reinforcing ribs are each of a structure made of a heat conductive steel material resistant to high temperature and high pressure. The manufacturing flatness of the flat board molding tool for the aviation composite material is 0.02 mm. The upper side flat board mold, the lower side flat board mold and the reinforcing ribs can resist the high temperature being 200 DEG C and the high pressure being 10 bar.
