The invention discloses a hydraulic overturn lifting mechanism, which comprises a vehicle body platform, a lower arm, an upper arm and a lifting hydraulic cylinder, wherein a bottom end side of the lower arm is movably connected to the vehicle body platform; one end of the lifting hydraulic cylinder is movably connected to the vehicle body platform and the other end of the lifting hydraulic cylinder is movably connected to the middle portion of the lower arm; the top portion end of the lower arm is provided with a lower rotary portion and a lower un-rotary portion; the bottom end of the upper arm is provided with an upper rotary portion and an upper un-rotary portion; the lower rotary portion of the lower arm is movably connected to the upper rotary portion of the upper arm and a connecting member is movably connected with the connected position; the connecting member is connected to overturn hydraulic cylinders which are connected to the lower arm and the upper arm respectively; the lower un-rotary portion of the lower arm corresponds to the un-rotary portion of the upper arm; a hydraulic insert pin cylinder is mounted on the lower arm; and when the hydraulic overturn lifting mechanism is in the unfolded state, the lower un-rotary portion and the upper un-rotary portion are fixed through the hydraulic insert pin cylinder.
