The shower gel is composed of, by weight, 10-20 parts of aloe extract, 10-20 parts of Dendrobium officinale liquid, 30-40 parts of emulsified silicone oil, 1-2 parts of salicylic oil, 20-40 parts of almond oil, 1000-2000 parts of deionized water, 50-60 parts of fatty acid methyl ester sulfonate, 30-40 parts of coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide, 2-8 parts of essence, 2-6 parts of preservative and 90-100 parts of betaine. The preparation method includes: pre-treating raw materials, mixing, and obtaining a finished product. The shower gel is quite mild in property, and whitening and skin tendering efficacy can be realized due to adding of aloe extract; most importantly, Dendrobium candidum liquid is added into the raw materials of the shower gel and contains a lot of active ingredients such as polysaccharide, alkaloid, amino acid, trace elements and phenanthrene compounds, so that skin protecting and cleaning effect of the shower gel can be improved, and efficacy of improving organism immunity, resisting oxidation and senescence, activating blood, reducing fever and stopping pain can be realized if the shower gel is used for a long time.
