The shower gel is composed of, by weight, 10-20 parts of aloe extract, 10-20 parts of Dendrobium officinale liquid, 30-40 parts of emulsified silicone oil, 1-2 parts of salicylic oil, 20-40 parts of almond oil, 1000-2000 parts of deionized water, 50-60 parts of fatty acid methyl ester sulfonate, 30-40 parts of coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide, 2-8 parts of essence, 2-6 parts of preservative and 90-100 parts of betaine. The preparation method includes: pre-treating raw materials, mixing, and obtaining a finished product.
