The system comprises a scenic spot people number acquisition module, a scenic spot database module, a query request module and a request processing module, wherein the scenic spot people number acquisition module collects the garden entering people number and the garden leaving people number of each scenic spot in real time independently through an electronic checking-in way in a garden entrance and exit within business hours; the scenic spot database module stores the geographic position of each scenic spot, tourist people number data which comprises historical data and real-time data, and the data of an area, which can be used for playing, of the scenic spot, and carries out screening processing on the data when a user emits a query request; the query request module emits the query request when the user inputs a scenic spot which hopes to be inquired on a client side; the quest processing module can be divided into a calculation module and a judgment module, wherein the calculation module carries out calculation on data screened through a database by a formula to obtain a result; and the judgment module judges a calculation result obtained by the calculation module to obtain a judgment result.
