A glass fiber plain cloth prepreg material, steel wires and a primary corrugated board are sewed to form a paper board blank through polyester yarns; then another primary corrugated board is glued to one side with the steel wires, and the paper board is obtained; the obtained paper board is cut according to the preset size, subjected to hot-pressing and cooled till the temperature reaches the room temperature, and a first U-shaped paper box blank and a second U-shaped paper box blank are obtained; the obtained paper board is cut into a rectangular box cover body according to the size of the to-be-made paper box, and the rectangular box cover body is put in a corresponding paper board mould to be subjected to hot-pressing and cooled till the temperature reaches the room temperature so as to obtain a box cover blank; and the first U-shaped paper box blank and the second U-shaped paper box blank are mutually perpendicularly stacked up in a corresponding paper box mould to be subjected to hot-pressing and cooled till the temperature reaches the room temperature, then a connecting shaft penetrates through connecting rings on the second U-shaped paper box blank and the box cover blank, and the paper box is obtained.
