Embodiment 1

[0022] Polyvinylidene fluoride-trifluoroethylene copolymer (the molar content of VDF is 50%) was dissolved in acetone to obtain a solution with a concentration of 0.3 wt%. The Si wafers were ultrasonically cleaned in isopropanol, acetone, and deionized water for 5 min, respectively. Place the cleaned Si wafer on the turntable of the homogenizer, and dry the substrate with nitrogen gas. The precursor P(VDF-TrFE) solution was added dropwise onto the Si wafer, and the formed discontinuous film sample was placed on a heating platform, dried and heat-treated at 163 °C for 10 min, and then the film was removed from the heating platform and placed in a room temperature environment for cooling. Drying and non-isothermal crystallization, this process is affected by the combined effects of diffusion limitation and dewetting and volatilization to obtain piezoelectric P(VDF-TrFE) nanorods with a diameter of about 10nm and a length of about 100nm.

Embodiment 2

[0024] Polyvinylidene fluoride-trifluoroethylene copolymer (the molar content of VDF is 60%) was dissolved in methyl ethyl ketone to obtain a solution with a concentration of 0.4 wt%. The gold-plated Si sheet (Si / Au) was ultrasonically cleaned in isopropanol, acetone, and deionized water for 5 min, respectively. Place the cleaned Si / Au sheet on the turntable of the homogenizer, and dry the substrate with nitrogen. A 0.4wt% P(VDF-TrFE) solution was dropped onto the Si / Au sheet, and then spin-coated at a speed of 1000r / min for 30s. The P(VDF-TrFE) thin film sample obtained after spin coating was placed on a heating platform for drying and heat treatment at 160°C for 30 min, and then the film was removed from the heating platform and placed in room temperature environment to cool for drying and non-isothermal crystallization, and finally obtained The piezoelectric P(VDF-TrFE) nanorods grown along a specific direction have a diameter of about 30-100 nm and a length of about 60-50...

Embodiment 3

[0026] Polyvinylidene fluoride-trifluoroethylene copolymer (the molar content of VDF is 70%) was dissolved in dimethylformamide to obtain a solution with a concentration of 0.5 wt%. The glass substrate was ultrasonically cleaned in isopropanol, acetone, and deionized water for 5 min, respectively. Place the cleaned glass substrate on the turntable of the homogenizer, and dry the substrate with nitrogen. Then spin coating at a speed of 3000r / min for 60s. The P(VDF-TrFE) film sample obtained after spin-coating was placed on a heating platform for drying and heat treatment at 150°C for 15 min, and then the film was removed from the heating platform and placed in room temperature environment to cool for drying and non-isothermal crystallization, and finally The obtained piezoelectric P(VDF-TrFE) nanowire has a diameter of about 30-100 nm and a length of about 0.6-3.5 μm. Corresponding results see figure 2 .

Abstract

The invention discloses a simple preparation method for a nanometer rod or nanometer wire of a piezoelectric polymer P(VDF-TrFE). The nanometer rod or nanometer wire of the polymer is prepared by combining the dewetting effect of a substrate with the diffusion limitation effect of a film in the nonisothermal crystallization process on the basis that the film of the piezoelectric polymer is prepared by a solution method. According to the preparation method, needed devices are simple, operation is convenient, and the prepared nanometer rod or nanometer wire of the polymer is high in the degree of crystallization and good in the piezoelectric effect, can grow in specific direction, and can be applied to related piezoelectric type sensors, flexible nanometer power generation systems and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of piezoelectric polymers and piezoelectric devices, in particular to a simple solution crystallization control preparation method of nanorods or nanowires of piezoelectric polymer P (VDF-TrFE). Background technique [0002] Flexible piezoelectric material Polyvinylidene fluoride-trifluoroethylene copolymer P(VDF-TrFE) has the advantages of high breakdown electric field, light weight, good flexibility, large-area film formation and low-temperature preparation, which cannot be compared with inorganic piezoelectric materials. Many advantages. Nanostructures of flexible polymers can be used in sensors, memories, energy harvesting systems, and nanomotors, among others. Among them, one-dimensional nanostructures, such as nanorods and nanowires, can be used as nanoscale components and connection elements, and their special or improved functions in a limited size can also be used to improve the performance of existing devic...
