Abstract

The amino-acid-enhanced fermented enzymatic-hydrolyzed soybean meal comprises the following components, by weight percentage: 95-98% of fermented enzymatic-hydrolyzed soybean meal, 1-4% of lysine, and 0.5-2% of methionine. Combination of 7 beneficial bacteria and 3 enzymic preparations is adopted. Pulverized soybean meal and a little corn flour are subjected to aerobic, microaerobic, and anaerobic fermentation and enzymatic hydrolysis for 72 h to remove anti-nutrition factors in soybean meal. Cell walls are broken, non-protein nitrogen is converted to mycoprotein, protein is partly decomposed into polypeptide and small peptide, and many B-group vitamins are generated, so that nutrition properties of the soybean meal is improved overall, and the fermented enzymatic-hydrolyzed soybean meal becomes a superior feed protein source.
