Abstract

The invention designs a micro-scale object surface reconstruction method based on line laser to SLM micro stereo vision and especially relates to combined usage of line laser and a stereo light microscope (SLM). A laser stripe image pair sequence is employed; and a micro-scale object surface is constructed again by processing the image pair sequence. The method comprises: a laser stripe image pair sequence is inputted; stripe center sub-pixel-level extraction is carried out; relative parameter calculation of a left image and a right image is carried out; longitudinal distortion correction at the stripe center is carried out; stripe center area segmentation is carried out; matching point parallax calculation is carried out; parallax stripe pose changing is carried out; a parallax curve surface is outputted; and then micro-scale object surface reconstruction is carried out. According to the invention, problems of complicated global image distortion correction and lots of wrong matching data in the stereo matching process during the traditional SLM vision reconstruction can be solved; and a process of lots of complex image fusion is also avoided. A novel micro-scale object surface reconstruction method is established. The provided reconstruction method has high novelty; and a precise method is provided for micro-scale object surface reconstruction.
