The system comprises a stimulus information providing device, a single chip microcomputer, a feedback information acquisition device, a driving behavior data acquisition device and a physiological signal acquisition device. The stimulus information providing device is used for providing visual stimulus information by utilizing light emitting diodes arranged along a vehicle front windshield and on the two sides or tactile stimulus information by utilizing a micro vibration motor arranged on a driver body; the single chip microcomputer is used for controlling a driving instruction of the visual or tactile stimulus information; the feedback information acquisition device is used for acquiring the reaction of a driver to the perception of visual stimulus information or vibration stimulus information by utilizing buttons in a left hand and a right hand of the driver; the driving behavior data acquisition device is used for acquiring the information that the driver operates a brake pedal, an accelerator pedal, a clutch, a gear and a steering light as well as the vehicle speed information; the physiological signal acquisition device is used for acquiring electroencephalogram, electrocardiogram, skin conductance, heart rate and pulse information.
