Abstract

The method successively comprises the following steps: 1) preparing a standard solution; 2) fetching 0.5 g of contents from capsules, placing the contents into a 10ml conical flask, adding 3ml of 1% acetic acid-methanol solution, carrying out ultrasonic extraction for 30 min, cooling, filtering, transferring a filtrate into a 25ml volumetric flask, adding water to a constant volume, shaking up and filtering, loading through a C18 solid-phase extraction column at the flow velocity of 1ml / min, leaching with 5 ml of water, discarding, eluting with 5 ml of ethanol and collecting an eluant, nitrogen-blowing the eluant at 40 DEG C to dry, precisely adding 1ml of ethanol and dissolving, filtering with 0.22 micron organic filter membrane so as to obtain a sample to be detected, and detecting the sample to be detected through an Agilent1295-6550C triple quadrupole liquid chromatograph-mass spectrometer.
