Abstract

The invention discloses a converge infrastructure based memory module frame system used for an eight-path server. The memory module frame system comprises a dual-wing expansion frame which supports 48 2.5-cun disk positions, a storage control board and a fan module, wherein the dual-wing expansion frame comprises two disk back boards; two sides of each disk back board are independently provided with 12 disks; the storage control board is provided with a disk control module, wherein the disk control module and the disk on the expansion frame are connected, and the storage control board is connected with the middle back board of the eight-path server; and the fan module is arranged between the dual-wing expansion frame and the storage control board and is used for cooling the disks on the dual-wing expansion frame. The dual-wing expansion frame adopted by the system supports 48 physical disks in a 2U physical space, the density of each disk is improved so as to guarantee the high memory capacity of the memory module frame system, and therefore, support on the eight-path server is realized.
