Abstract

The damping online setting method comprises the steps of: acquiring a small signal model between power grid frequency and output active power according to a virtual synchronous machine (VSM) rotor movement equation and a VSM output active power expression; and acquiring an area, namely, energy to be configured for energy storage, which is enclosed by a waveform of VSM output active power and an abscissa axis when the power grid frequency changes.
