A server side acquires gateway identifiers and gateway working states of electrical home appliances, the gateway identifiers and the gateway working states are stored, and the gateway identifiers and the gateway working states are sent to the server side on time; an IoT gateway is used for communication connection between the electrical home appliances and the server side and sending the acquired gateway identifiers and gateway working states of the electrical home appliances to the server side; and an application client acquires the gateway identifiers and the gateway working states, accesses the corresponding electrical home appliances by the gateway identifiers and sends a control instruction to control the electrical home appliances.
