The method comprises the following steps: receiving a file query request sent by a user through a storage cluster and executing a query operation; detecting a queried file which needs to be uploaded; judging whether the file satisfies a preset requirement or not; if so, uploading the file and calculating the uploading bandwidth; if not, sending the block sizes of the file which needs to be continuously transmitted to the user; and executing the continuous transmission operation.
