Abstract

The invention discloses application of DADS (diallyl disulfide) to preparation of medicine for preventing and / or treating radiation injury on testicular tissues. Concretely, the condition that the DADS can lower the influence of radiation on the sperm motility of a mouse is determined; the injury response of radiation on sperms can be effectively resisted; partial protein in testicular tissue cells can be protected from being injured by radiation; the injury response of radiation on testicular tissue cell lipid can be effectively resisted; the injury response of radiation on testicular tissue cell nucleic acid can be effectively reduced; the obvious significance for preventing and treating radiation on the reproductive system injury is realized. In addition, the DADS has low toxicity and is easy to obtain; the cost is low; the DADS is a lipid-solubility molecule and easily penetrates through physiological barriers such as a blood brain barrier, a blood-testis barrier and a blood-air barrier; the effect can be achieved in a physiological position in which water-soluble medicine is difficult to reach; good application prospects are realized.
