Problems solved by technology

[0003] Due to the limitation of the attack cost and the relevant protection regulations of the power system, it is difficult for the attacker to fully obtain the electrical parameters and topological parameters of the power system, and the electrical parameters may change with different environmental conditions. For example, the line admittance is related to the ambient temperature, and its actual value There is a certain deviation from the design value
However, some relevant parameters of the power system can be obtained by means of bribery of internal employees or publicly released information. Therefore, for attackers, it is more realistic to master some power system parameters, but the attacker can only launch partial power system parameters. attack, but cannot attack other nodes
Attackers can launch false data attacks by analyzing the measurement data, but they do not use the power system parameters they have mastered, nor do they deal with bad data in the measurement data
In general, the attacker faces the problem of errors, even incomplete electrical parameters and bad data in the measurement data.

Embodiment Construction

[0046] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with specific embodiments and accompanying drawings.

[0047] figure 1 It is a flow chart of the false data attack method for parameter estimation, and the specific implementation steps are as follows:

[0048] Step 1: Calculate the susceptance of the unknown parameter branch according to the Lagrange multiplier method and the augmented state estimation method;

[0049] Suppose the truth value of the branch parameter is p t , the error vector is p e , then the measured values of the branch parameters are shown in the following formula.

[0050] p=p t +p e

[0051] In traditional state estimation, it is assumed that the error vector of branch parameters is 0, that is, there are constraints described in the following formula.

[0052] p e =0

[0053] Taking this constraint as the constraint condition of the weighted least squares state estimation model under the zero injection equality constra...

Abstract

The invention discloses a parameter-estimation-based false data attach method of a modern power transmission network in a power system information security research field. On the basis of the traditional power system state estimation theory, an optimization model of a false data attack vector is constructed; and with an alternating direction method of multipliers (ADMA), the optimization model is solved. In order to solve problems of electrical parameter error existence, incomplete electrical parameters, and poor data in measuring data for an attacker, an unknown branch electrical susceptance is estimated by using a lagrangian multiplier method and an extended state estimation method. And then a false data attack vector is constructed based on the optimization model of the false data attack vector. According to the invention, flexibility and effectiveness of a false data attack are improved. The method also can be used for testing an effect of a false data attack defending method and verifying the capability of coping with the false data attack by the modern power transmission network.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of power system information security, in particular to the field of false data attack methods for modern power transmission networks, and in particular to a method for false data attack on modern power transmission networks based on parameter estimation. Background technique [0002] Energy Management System (EMS) is one of the important power information communication systems, mainly including basic functions such as data collection, energy management and network analysis, and plays an important role in the safe and stable operation of the power system. State estimation is one of the core functions of EMS, and it is the basis for EMS to perform related analysis and control functions such as load forecasting, optimal power flow calculation, and transient stability analysis. False Data Injection Attacks (FDI) is a network attack that utilizes traditional state estimation detection vulnerabilities. The false data attac...
