The invention provides a digital encoder adjustment and identification method for parameter adjustment, comprising the steps as follows: detecting the output speed and output quantity of pulses of an encoder; acquiring the level of the output speed of the pulses; setting the parameter adjustment amplitude of each pulse according to the level of the output speed of the pulses; and multiplying the output quantity of the pulses by the parameter adjustment amplitude of each pulse to get the total amplitude of parameter adjustment. Through a clever method, digital encoder speed detection and threshold generation are realized. Under different speeds and different adjustment amplitudes, different calibration results are obtained. The amplitude of parameter adjustment times the pulse quantity equals the total value of calibration. For accurate calibration, there is only need to reduce the adjustment speed of a digital encoder, and for significant adjustment, the adjustment speed of the digital encoder is increased.
