After reading the present invention, modifications to various equivalent forms of the present invention by those skilled in the art fall within the scope defined by the appended claims of the present application.

[0029] Such as figure 1 In the schematic diagram of the wireless communication system shown, the base station is configured with 6 transmitting sub-arrays, the number of users to be served is 20, each user has only one antenna, and 6 users are scheduled for communication at the same time. When scheduling users, set the initial candidate user set as U={1,2,...,20}, and schedule the user set U s = Φ, where Φ represents the empty set, and S is used for the set of sectors where the candidate users are located u...

Abstract

The invention discloses a user scheduling method utilizing spatial position characteristics. The method comprises the following steps of grouping users through section level scanning, if the number of users that need scheduling is greater than the number of sections where the users are located, scheduling one user from each section based on a proportional fairness principle, determining allocated transmitting sub-arrays of a base station and corresponding optimal transmitting beams, and then training in sequence through the rest of transmitting beams and selecting the rest of users based on the proportional fairness principle; if the number of users that need scheduling is not greater than the number of sections where the users are located, scheduling one user to each section at most, adopting the proportional fairness principle when selecting the users in the sections, and allocating one transmitting sub-array of the base station and the corresponding optimal transmitting beam to the scheduled user. The scheme provided by the invention utilizes the spatial characteristics to carry out combined simulation on a beam training process, so that each sub-array of the base station allocates different transmitting beams to communicate with each user, and thus the system throughput is improved while the interference between the users is reduced, and the system performance is improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a user scheduling method utilizing air space position characteristics, and belongs to the technical field of wireless communication. Background technique [0002] For future 5G performance requirements in terms of transmission rate and system capacity, large-scale antennas will be an important direction for the continued evolution of Multiple-Input Multiple-Output (MIMO) technology. Millimeter wave has become a key technology in 5G wireless communication system due to its abundant spectrum resources. In millimeter wave communication, due to the short wavelength, it is easy to realize a large-scale antenna array, which ensures that the device is small in size and easy to package. When the base station is equipped with multiple transmitting sub-arrays, multiple data streams can be transmitted in parallel in a directional manner, improving system throughput. [0003] For a multi-user MIMO system, when a base station transmits mu...
