The three-dimensional model reconstruction method comprises the steps of processing stereo image pairs which are photographed at different angles by a three-dimensional model generating unit, converting the stereo image pairs to a coordinate set of object surface points in different coordinate systems and recording; comparing the distance of each mark point in different coordinate systems for determining correspondence of one same mark point in different coordinate systems, using the same mark point which is determined as existing in different coordinate systems as a homonymous point; performing calculation through the correspondence of the homonymous point in different coordinate systems for backwards deriving a conversion parameter between different coordinate systems, and finally realizing reconstruction of the whole object surface three-dimensional model through successively splicing the coordinate systems at adjacent angles.
