The photocatalytic treatment device comprises a to-be-treated leacheate feeding inlet, a phtocatalytic main body reaction tank, a graphene-titanium dioxide nanotube photocatalytic composite board and a reused leacheate outlet. The graphene-titanium dioxide nanotube photocatalytic composite board is prepared through a sol-gel method, a surface catalyst is uniform in load property, high in light absorption rate, the catalyst is not prone to disengagement, efficient adsorption, capture, degradation and mineralization can be conducted on target pollutants in a leacheate system under the light condition, the pollutants are removed first and then controlled, and rapid treatment of the leacheate is promoted.
