The control method comprises the following steps: acquiring a current outdoor ambient temperature, and acquiring working states of the underfloor heating devices and the radiators; according to the current outdoor ambient temperature, and the working states of the underfloor heating devices and the radiators, acquiring a set outlet water temperature of the heat pump unit; according to the set outlet water temperature of the heat pump unit, and the working states of the underfloor heating devices and the radiators, controlling the compressor, the first water pump and the second water pump so as to achieve an energy-saving purpose.
