Abstract

Embodiments of the invention disclose a print color detection method and a print color detection device. When there is a color control bar, the color control bar can be used in color detection. The LAB value of a color lump is acquired directly by building an LAB image of a print online without contacting the print, and the chromatic aberration of the color lump is calculated. The accuracy and efficiency of detection are improved greatly. A method of performing color detection directly according to print content is further provided. According to the method, after an LAB image of a print is obtained, the LAB value of a detection area of a color group in an LAB image of a color detection area is acquired, and then, the chromatic aberration of the color group is calculated according to the LAB value and a preset standard template. The method is of wider applicability and higher efficiency. More monitoring projects can be obtained according to the chromatic aberration of the color group, and better real-time monitoring of the color printing condition is achieved.
