The method comprises the following steps of 1, obtaining a text of an electronic examination paper, and performing formatting processing; 2, performing structured analysis on the electronic examination paper, and according to test question numbers, dividing the electronic examination paper into a plurality of big questions and small questions; 3, recognizing classification of question types and segmenting test question structures, wherein the test question structures include question stems, options, answers, analysis and scores; 4, converting the segmented and recognized electronic examination paper into a template of an XML format and storing the template; 5, according to the stored template of the XML format, generating the electronic examination paper of an HTML format, wherein the electronic examination paper comprises a test question portion and an answer and analysis portion, and matching of the test question portion and the answer and analysis portion is built. By adopting structured analysis, various question types and answers can be distinguished and therefore various formats of electronic examination papers can be input.
