The method comprises the following steps: carrying out detection by adopting a Rayleigh wave detector; separating a karst pipeline area from a non-karst pipeline area; recognizing karst pipelines which communicate with the historic ancient well; reserving parts of the karst pipelines which communicate with the historic ancient well; subjecting the karst pipelines which communicate with a station foundation pit in construction to slurry injection and water plugging; and filling all the karst pipelines which communicate with both the historic ancient well and the station foundation pit as well as influence the construction with slurry. The method disclosed by the invention has the beneficial effects that a Rayleigh wave detection area is divided into the karst pipeline area and the non-karst pipeline area, parts of the karst pipelines which communicate with the historic ancient well are reserved, and the karst pipelines which communicate with the station foundation pit in construction are subjected to slurry injection and water plugging, so that surrounding water systems can be protected from damage when water plugging for the station foundation pit is achieved.
